I conduct research in computational biology. I work on protein function prediction, particularly prediction of catalytic function (see the Catalytic Site Identifcation web server) and on prediction of catalytic reaction rates from data produced by molecular dynamics simulations. In a past life I was an economic analyst for an environmental organization.
